Everything was perfect in the apartment. Great location,free parking and easy communication with the host. Very easy self check in and che out. Will visit again.

The host was great, very friendly, and helpful. The location is right in the city center. The apartment is super nice, new furniture, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. It was very clean and we were allowed to bring a dog.

The apartment was in a good location and was nicely decorated and very welcoming. The hosts were very hospitable and typical of Bulgarian kindness. We were able to explore Karlovo and visit lots of interesting places and then return to a clean and comfortable environment.

We had a very nice stay there. The apartment is close to the center of the city and it's very easy to reach the mountains from there, passing through the center and a park. Right in front of the apartment there is a grocery store and it's not far from the local market. Ivan has been very nice with us, and it's absolutely COVID-safe. The apartment is confortable, and has many nice features. Surely we'll come back to Karlovo and Guest Apartment Balkan will be our first choice :)

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable mattress and pillows! The apartment is newly furnished and offers everything you need. It has a dishwasher, which was an advantage for a company of 4 people who stayed for dinner and breakfast at home. There is heating in each room. The apartment is sunny, spacious and cozy. Probably the best place to stay in Karlovo. Parking is free.
