Villa Rila is located in the town of Samokov, only 9km from the ski resort of Borovets. The mountain slopes offer great conditions for practicing winter sports. You can enjoy skiing, snowboarding and sliding, or just go for a nice walk in the mountain. After spending some time outside in the mountain you can come back and have fulfilling rest in villa Rila. Take your time in the sauna or enjoy a relaxing massage from a specialist. In the summer season we can organize for you horse riding through mountain trails, accompanied by professional instructors. Mountain trekking to a specific destination or a picnic can also be arranged on request. Furthermore, we will be happy to prepare for you some delicious meals on BBQ. We will be happy to welcome you as our guests!
Except great ski conditions, Borovets is also a suitable place for mountain biking. What is more, motocross lovers can try their chances at the motor range Rido. The area around Rila and Borovets also offers a variety of ATV trails and good opportunities for horseback riding. Iskar Dam is located just 15km of Borovets and is one of the best places for fishing in the region. It also offers good conditions for water sports practicing. SPA and Wellness tourism is well developed in Belchin Bani and Sapareva Baia resorts. There you can take advantage of the mineral water’s beneficial effects.
