“The place was beyond our expectations. We were looking for a place to stay near the Ice Rink and it was at the same distance as the big hotels nearby. There was plenty of space on the private parking, the villa was more spacious than pointed out in Booking and we were having everything necessary inside. Ivana was quite amiable since the very first moment we made the reservation. It was a pleasant surprise that the host had prepared a complimentary bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water for a welcome gift (and of course, I must admit they did not have to). Cleanliness was good, there was good heating (it was beginning of autumn and it was cold during the evenings). “It was spacious and very light,clean and with bathrooms on the second and third floor. Very good size bedrooms with balcony. Unfortunately in my option it is not value for money that I paid. No oven, no dishwasher, no washing machine. You can use the washing machines at the reception that cost extra 10lv and you are taking care of the laundry. My bed was not comfortable. Staff is very nice, very friendly, always ready to help, always smile. Extremely good staff! They offer to put cot for my baby, even have given me a baby bath which was very helpful. “First of all we want to thank Ivana and the rest of the staff for the hospitality. Very nice people! We stayed in a spacious one-bedroom villa, equipped with everything needed (Ivana even offered to provide a baby cot free of charge, which was a great help for us and out three month old baby). There is a big courtyard with lush vegetation, lots of room for children to play and a nice pool. Easiest way to get to the beach is by using the bridge next to Therma Palace hotel. “Friendly staff, confortable beds. The bathrooms have shower and bath tub as well. The villa is equiped with everything you need. There is a nice green field inside the complex and a small playground for the kids. The sea is at 5-10 minutes walk and it's a sandy clean beach same as the one from Albena.
