The view was great. The pool was really nice. Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and large. The staff were super helpful. We both enjoyed an amazing massage. We can't wait to go back.

BulgariaVery good indoor pool with hot mineral water and SPA center - everything was working, even the steam bath. The restaurant was not working due to Covid restrictions, but they have organised a delivery to our room with plates and silverware. The heating was very warm. In general, very much worth it for a very reasonable price.

BulgariaLocation was good. Hotel looked a little dull & dreary in the reception area. Room was a decent size but however it was far too hot and you couldn’t turn radiator down. Window did open however as on ground floor opened out onto walkway. Bed linen was far to small for a double bed. Duvet only fitted half of the bed although in a double cover. Breakfast wasn’t bad, a good choice but everything was cold, including the hot selection. Did find a microwave on our last day hidden around a corner. Restaurant onsite was great. Delicious food, cooked well and at a reasonable price. Would on the whole stay again.
United KingdomLocated on the hill, overlook Kazanluk city is a very good location, there is a park for walking in 3 minutes outside the door.Thracian Tomb of Kazanluk is close this accommodation. And there is a restaurant just upstairs.
