there are not only have two heaters in the room but also prepared two warm bags , keep me very warm, really appreciated. beautiful views from my room , kitchen will equipped, spacious rooms with big restrooms ….water was hot enough to give a comfortable shower experience !!! their staffs are so friendly, and food is delicious , btw , there are two alpacas in the garden you can play with. the best place to stay in Copacabana.

I booked this hotel for its views of Titicaca Lake. The facilities are located higher than the city of Copacabana right under Calvario Hill, so the views you get are fantastic. It is worth mentioning that the staff treated me way better than I anticipated. I even had a chance to speak with the owner of this hotel. Breakfast was good considering this is not a five-star hotel. The accommodations are definitely not luxurious, but much better than most other options in Copacabana. The hotel is beautifully decorated with live plants which enhance the 'ambiance' of the place.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The view is amazing and when you chill in a hammock in the garden you have two baby alpacas right next to you. The staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant is super kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant is really good.

The view of Lake Titicaca from the room was amazing. The shared common areas are well kept and there are hammocks available in multiple areas to lounge. Also, there are a couple of young alpacas which stay on the property which are friendly.

Beautiful setting overlooking the town and lake. Lovely architecture, gardens, hammocks. Amazing staff. Great restaurant. No city or traffic noise. Comfortable rooms and very nice bathroom. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Copacabana. In addition my traveling companion had a health emergency, and the staff arranged for a doctor and evacuation to Lima with tremendous competence and compassion. They are wonderful and kind people.
