E mesmo com o check-in on-line realizado, uma vez no prédio foi preciso entrar novamente em contato com a empresa para que enviassem o número do quarto e um novo pin (pois os recepcionistas do prédio não conseguem localizar sua reserva só pelo nome do cliente ou pelo localizador que já enviaram). Isso pode ser um pouco confuso para quem ainda não está acostumado com esse sistema.
