Apartment well located, in the center of Sapucaia do Sul, with easy access to the train station and main bus lines. Train: 30 min to Porto Alegre Restaurants/fast food, markets, shops and points of interest nearby. Sigapay: with the app, it's easy to park right next to the apartment. Double bed, air conditioning, sofa and TV. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven and general utensils. Everything extremely new. It has security doors and an elevator. Extremely new and super complete apartment, ready to host you. Close to the city's main bus and train station. Supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants and other facilities 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Products provided by the host: - Bed, table and bath sets; - Basic personal hygiene products; - Household items; - Cleaning products; Apartment has a box spring bed, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. Smart TV with several apps and channels available. Living room has a new sofa, rug and stools. Two windows illuminate the entire apartment very well, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. For your convenience, the apartment has split air. Complete bathroom, with electric shower, shower with tempered glass door, stone countertop, mirror and hairdryer. In the kitchen, you will find all the necessary equipment, such as a refrigerator, microwave, stove, electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, among others. The apartment is super complete, ready for your accommodation. If something is missing, the host is ready to help you and provide whatever you need.

The property is extremely new and very well located. In the heart of the city of Sapucaia do Sul, close to everything you need. The apartment is right in the center of Sapucaia do Sul, very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and other facilities, 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Central Train and Bus Station: 4 minutes on foot Pharmacies: 3 minutes walk Supermarket: 4 minutes walk Municipal Square: 5 minutes on foot Zoological Park: 15 minutes by car Train Transport Porto Alegre Bus Station: 35 minutes Airport: 33 minutes Mercado/Porto Alegre Station: 46 minutes São Leopoldo: 8 minutes New Hamburg: 22 minutes Access to the apartment is right in the city center, on Calçadão. The building has a concierge during the day, from 8:00 to 18:00. The keys will be delivered personally, and with a flexible schedule, to be agreed with the guest. On all surrounding streets, parking is managed by the company Sigapay, which has an app for rotating parking. If you need daily parking, there are several options nearby.
