Prédio construído na década de 1940, foi usado como moradia e estabelecimento comercial da família de Chedid Simão, imigrante Libanês que escolheu o Brasil como pátria e lar para sua esposa Futim e os filhos. Com o passar dos anos, a parte de cima do sobrado foi dividida em duas residências e a parte de baixo em dois imóveis comerciais. O Serra Negra Apartment foi reformado recentemente e hoje recebe os familiares dos atuais proprietários, netos de Chedid Simão e está a disposição para locação de quem desejar se hospedar com conforto em um local de fácil acesso em Serra Negra.
