A localização do apartamento é ótima, tem tudo perto: farmácias, supermercados, ponto de ônibus, lanchonetes, restaurantes, igreja católica. O apartamento é bem confortável, com utensílios para quem quiser cozinhar, é silêncioso (com a janela fechada), a cama ( o colchão é firme, para mim é perfeito). O chuveiro é muito bom. Apartamento bem limpo. Alcionéa é muito prestativa.
