A casa espaçosa, oferece privacidade e tranquilidade sem sair da cidade (1,5 km da Avenida Principal Ari Valadão), sendo assim próximo a mercados, padaria, hospital, etc. A instalação oferece utensílios necessários da cozinhar, ar condicionado e máquina de lavar.
Nosso bairro é um dos melhores da cidade, com fácil acesso, silencioso e uma vista linda da serra do Sertão Zen ! Você poderá vivenciar um nascer do sol maravilhosooooo típico do cerrado brasileiro.
