United KingdomThe staff were really friendly, ordered us a pizza over the phone after we arrived late, allowed us to store our bags after checkout and were generally really nice and helpful. The bed and shower were HUGE, and the shower was lovely and powerful. Breakfast was a really, really good spread and tasty too.
