A morada é bem instalada por perto a bastante lojas tanto de alimentação quanto mercados e bancos pra quem quer conhecer as praias e veio sem carro é um bom lugar pq vc fica no meio da ilha, a avenida das rendeiras é um pouco longe mas da pra ir a pé e curtir a vista

Viajei com minha família, estávamos em 4 pessoas, todos adultos.Ficamos hospedados em um quarto que parecia um apartamento (quarto, cozinha e banheiro).Todas as instalações eram novas. A cama era confortável. O ar funciona bem. O banheiro tem um tamanho bom e o chuveiro é forte. As instalações externas ao quarto bem limpas. Tem sala de jogos com mesa de ping pong e bilhar. Muitas plantas, todas bem cuidadas ,isso dá um ar de aconchego a pousada. Tem um casal de gatinhos lindos que nos recebe. Ambiente tranquilo. Bem próximo a Lagoa da Conceição dava para ir andando. Próximo a bancos, farmácia, supermercados, restaurantes. Excelente Custo x Benefício.

É um mini apartamento, tem tudo q vc precisa, pra completar só faltava uma sanduicheira!! Rsrs mas achei bem completo, confortável, e o lugar é bem próximo da lagoa; tem uma padaria atravessando a rua e outras facilidades ao redor. Se eu voltar a floripa, já sei onde me hospedar.
