- OBS: Construction work in the ground-floor shops, mezzanine, rooftop, apartments being furnished, and a building next door may cause noise. We kindly ask for your understanding during this period.
- OBS: Enjoy the building’s wellness areas with a market and a rooftop restaurant. In addition, hot tub and sauna (by appointment), available from 09:00 to 21:00, with an extra charge.
- OBS: The swimming pool is available free of charge for guests, from 08:00 am to 07:00 pm.
- OBS: The game room, playground, and kids’ playroom are available free of charge, operating from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm.
- OBS: The property offers covered and rotating parking spaces (suitable for pickup trucks).
GENERAL RULES:
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm;
- Check-out: until 11:00 am;
- If any issue occurs that requires the host to go to the property after 8:00 pm, a convenience fee will be charged.
