STUNNING VIEWS, CONNECTING TO THE POWER OF THE SEA, REJUVENATE AND RELAX! Three floors with 3 full Bedrooms, with their own Private Bathroom and Closet Space on the Second Floor. Two Bedrooms with direct Sea View and Seaview Balcony Access. Transitable Rooftop where you can enjoy a Moonlight Romantic Dinner facing the Ocean. Large Living Room with Dining Room and Full Kitchen and First Floor Practical Full Bathroom, opening to the Outside the villa, by the back patio, there is an outdoor shower, private swimming pool, table and chairs along with large, padded beach lounges to relax and sun on with an unobstructed view and access to the beach and sea. There is also a charcoal BBQ for your use during your stay.
We are an easy going couple that loves traveling. Jean-Philippe is from Montreal and Rotseny is from Cuba. We speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
Coastal Ipioca is known for its namesake beach, a quiet sandy stretch backed by palm trees, and for Praia de Sauaçui, where upscale clubs offer hammocks, tropical drinks, and kayak and SUP rentals. Colorful fish swim among the coral at Piscinas Naturais de Ipioca, natural pools off the shore that emerge at low tide. Resort hotels dot the waterfront, and restaurants serve seafood specialties like crispy shrimp.
