Your stay at Atlantis is subject to important legal terms and conditions that effect your legal rights and mandate disputes be resolved exclusively before a Court in The Bahamas. Read carefully Atlantis’ Terms and Conditions which can be found at their website.

Your Credit Card will be charged in local Bahamian Dollar.

Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests including children. If booking 4 adults plus 1 or more children, two or more rooms are required. Children 11 years and younger stay for free with paying adults. Children ages 12-17 pay $50 per nights plus daily mandatory gratuities

The credit or debit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

Upon check-in, a credit card guarantee or cash deposit of USD 250 per room per day will be held for incidental charges. Upon check-out, guests are required to settle any outstanding charges in full using a credit card, travelers’ checks or US dollars.

All services and resort amenities are subject to various fees and supplements.

• Early departures will incur a penalty equal to the full-length stay at the reserved room rate.
