This a great place to stay. Me and my husband, we have a wonderful time to stay at Sandy bottom cottages. Rowena picked up us at airport and drove us to grocery store. She even prepared one bottle of Italy wine for us to celebrate our 40 years anniversary. Very surprised us. She treated us like family members. The room is very clean with all the necessary facilities. Also you can rent car at this place. High recommend this place to everyone.

Self contained with a kitchen and good location to explore the island. The ability to rent a car on site and free pick up/drop off were very convenient but the best part was the warmth and support from the host Rowena!

The cottage is very clean and centrally located and the car rental made this a great value stay. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone and I absolutely loved it. The beach is a few minutes walk away and there are restaurants nearby that are walking distance from the cottage.

Our stay at Sandy Bottom Cottages was wonderful. Our host met us at the airport and drove us back to our beautiful cottage. We started our holiday in no time after landing in Exuma! The Cottage was clean, with all the necessary facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was very welcoming and helped us feel at home during our time on Great Exuma. The location was great - a short walk from the local beach and situated just a 15 minute drive from Georgetown. We would certainly stay here again if returning to this gorgeous island!

    Yes we do. Property is safe and owners are located on the property also camera system is in place.

Come on in and enjoy the peaceful sounds of island life and the sounds of nature. We are located in the settlement of Mt. Thompson approximately five to seven minutes walk to the famous Three Sisters Rock Beach (famous tale of the three sisters), the famous YOLO Restaurant and Bar and the Three Sisters Restaurant and Bar, where you can enjoy native cuisines. For our Guest convenience, car and bicycle rental is also available at affordable prices (upon request). If you want to be free from the busy touristic lifestyle of George Town and relax one's mind body and soul, then Come On Down and experience the tranquility the island of Exuma has to offer. Please be advised that this property can only accept cash payments at this time.
