It is a very nice place. We had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool as we arrived early and had no chance to do the boat trip. It was our first stop in Botswana and the place is very well located.

Exceptional; Location, facilities, room, Amelia & Anton. You have to stop there when in the area or better make a visit to the area just to stay there. No doubt you will be delighted. Enjoy excellent food and perfect rest after driving around Chobe river.

What a lovely place! Beautifully located on the bank of Chobe River with nice garden and waterhole inside. Tents are very comfy, spacious, clean, equipped with bathroom and kichenette. There's a bar and dining room with terrace overlooking at waterhole, a great place to observe animals in the morning and evenings. Breakfasts are good and dinners are real feasts! Amelia and Anton (and Bruno) are exceptional hosts, staff is very friendly and helpful. Good starting point to Victoria Falls, Caprivi Strip and Chobe National Park. I'd love to come back and stay longer!

It was like in paradiese . The location is very good easy to reach. In front of our tent we had the Elefants .In the tent you found everything you need. In the main complex the restaurant and bar was also perfect. The food was great. It was a perfect location and perfect hosts Thank you

This is the 4th time I have stayed at Mwandi View. Always a great stay. Food is always great via fixed menu with facilities to cook your own if required, importantly with a fridge for the hot weather. Amelia, Anton and staff always friendly and helpful. Quiet and peaceful surroundings close to nature with easy access by car. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed in the family safari tent and it was great value for money! The whole facility is very tasteful, clean and quiet. In the evenings you have a perfect view of a waterhole from the bar and you can whach massive herds of Elefant and Buffalo drinking. Located close to Chobe Park this is the perfect place to base yourself for a self drive adventure and the hosts were very friendly and helpful!

Mwandi View is owner operated. Situated on the banks of the Chobe river with an abundance of wildlife and prolific birdlife, which makes it a popular venue for ornithologists. Close proximity to the Chobe National Park and is a good place to stop over enroute to Savuti. An electric fence provides security to 5 x tended units, 1 x family unit and 25 campsites. There is a restaurant and bar facility on the premises with a spacious deck to relax and enjoy the natural beauty and exquisite sunsets.
Our neighbourhood is wide open spaces on the banks of the Chobe river, wildlife being our neighbours. At night the bush comes alive with sounds of elephant, buffalo, zebra, hyena and lion as they move down toward the river to drink.
