“Mahogany Hall far exceeded our expectations in location, staff, ambiance, food, and all around experience. Marsha and all of her staff were exceedingly welcoming, hospitable, and professional. They each went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. They made booking activities easy. The rooms were comfortable with added touches of gorgeous local floral bouquets. It was a much more intimate experience than what we were anticipating and truly perfect for part of our honeymoon getaway. “The hotel is close to the river and we went tubing a few times. It’s a great hotel with lots of hardwoods and flowers. The hotel is laid out well and we liked the ambiance. It’s not far from town (ten minutes by car) or nearby attractions. They were very accommodating of early breakfast times so we could do excursions and the food was excellent. We had a candle light dinner one of the four nights we were there. We also enjoyed drinking rum and cokes at the poolside bar made of mahogany and talking with the manager, Jose.
