This is a very lovely guest house full of color and nature. The backyard has a little dock facing mangroves and you can use their kayaks for free. They also have bikes for guests.

The location is perfect. Fresh grilled lobsters at Maggie’s across the road. The free bikes were amazing and the kayaking was over the top! There were many local healthy breakfast to enjoy, close to see and sun.

This is a fairly simple, no-frills, Guest House, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure all facilities were kept exceptionally clean! The owners are very friendly and helpful, the location is very convenient, and I loved that we had a view of the sea in both directions from our balcony! It was great value for the price. Extras that we found nice to have: free use of bikes and kayaks; filtered drinking water for only $1 a day; fridge AND freezer; fully equipped kitchen; soap, shampoo & conditioner. All these little details really made our stay a lot more comfortable!

I have been coming to Caye Caulker for more than 30 years. Sea and Sun was in the perfect location--close enough to the split to easily walk to swimming and snorkeling, but far enough away that loud noise/music was never a problem. The room was spacious and private. It was exceptionally clean and the AC worked well. The hammock on my porch was a nice touch. I never had to use the communal kitchen, but I appreciated that it was there if I had wanted to. Having a fridge and microwave for my food and drinks in my own room was very convenient. The hotel felt very secure. Staff was right there at the front entrance to monitor all comings and goings from morning through evening, and there were security cameras for the overnight hours. Staff was friendly and was able to answer questions. Having use of the bikes and kayaks was a huge plus.

I loved everything about my stay here My room was very comfortable & spotlessly clean, with a good amount of space and storage, powerful fans, cotton sheets, plenty of towels, & good shutters/mosquito screens (definitely an essential at this time of year!). Plus there's a well-equipped kitchen, genuinely friendly staff, free use of bikes & kayaks, books to borrow, drinking water for a very reasonable contribution, coffee, and a really cute & well-kept outdoor seating area & hammocks. I expected that I would need to wait sometimes to use the shared washroom facilities as there just 1 toilet & 1 shower (in separate rooms), but never did. The location is excellent - in the middle of everything yet quiet, and I really liked the mangrove/sea access at the back of the hotel, it's so peaceful & pretty (and if you're lucky you might see a croc!). I definitely plan to stay here again (and would have already if my dates were available!)

Great location and nice staff. Lovely shared areas to hang out with fellow travelers if you want. It's also quite quiet too. The free bikes and kayakas are also very helpful. The wifi is fine and the showers are more than adequate.

Everything was great! The hosts were so helpful giving us great advise and information etc. Location was great as it was close to so many things yet just a bit off the Main Street to be peaceful and quiet. Will definitely use this property when we come back to Caye Caulker again.
