FAQs about hotels in Niagara Falls

The Power of Nature

Featuring the best views of the awesome waterfall sharing its name, Canada’s Niagara Falls is a small city promising more than just a stunning insight into the power of nature.

By day, view the falls from the riverfront promenade, or for an up-close-and-personal experience, the Hornblower Niagara Cruise takes you right into the swell. Rain ponchos are provided. Alternatively, there’s the Journey Behind the Falls – a walk through the rock behind Niagara. Handy portholes help you experience the thundering water.

Slightly downstream are the American Falls, less well-known and less impressive, but worth a look. At night, both falls get illuminated by colored lights – an incredible sight. Further downstream is the Rainbow Bridge which you can walk across to get an American stamp in your passport. Just check your visa requirements first.

The city itself has 7 golf courses, with one right by the river – be careful with your swing! Other Niagara Falls attractions include casinos, movie theaters and Marineland Canada, featuring the world's largest whale habitat for viewing orcas both above and below ground.

Unless you fly into Niagara Falls Airport on the US side, you’ll probably arrive by car. So check out the hotels, apartments, motels and more on Booking.com with easy parking options.

We were only at the Falls for a weekend. So much to see and do. We will definitely have to make a return visit in order to see more. Visited the falls, the floral gardens and went to the Casino and enjoyed many fine dining establishments. Niagara Falls has so much to offer to visitors.

The view is great and enjoyable, I crossed the border and I loved the view from the other side. There is many things to do. Food is not great thing (tried different places) It can be very expensive too. Transportation works almost to go anywhere. Bus drivers are very kind. I bought a wonderpass but you can live the experience without it.

It was great, lots to do for the whole family.

It was great, lots to do for the whole family. I do recommend getting the fun passes to save some money. The food was a bit expensive, and there is a tourist tax at alot of businesses. We were told by a great waitress at Denny's, apparently you can ask for that to be taken off your bill and they will do it. We found out after we ate at Ruby Tuesday's so we couldn't get it taken off that bill but definitely checked our receipts after finding out.

The Falls were fascinating to see up close and personal.

The Falls were fascinating to see up close and personal. Went to the Power Station and learned a lot about how it contributed to powering underground. Had dinner at KEG and service was excellent. Travel was relatively easy. Only thing I would do different is go when the weather is warmer.

During my recent visit to Niagara Falls, I was absolutely captivated by the sheer beauty and majesty of the falls. The roaring sound of the cascading water, the mist in the air, and the breathtaking views left an indelible impression on me. Witnessing the power and grandeur of Niagara Falls was a truly awe-inspiring moment. The natural beauty of the surroundings, coupled with the vibrant energy of the falls, created an unforgettable experience. It's a sight that not only exceeded my expectations but also filled me with a profound sense of wonder and appreciation for the wonders of nature. I am grateful for the opportunity to have witnessed such a magnificent spectacle, and I highly recommend Niagara Falls to anyone seeking a breathtaking encounter with nature's splendor. The falls were beautiful as always and not as crowded this time of year. We went to the Hi-Lite diner for a tasty burger and crispy fries. Then, we visited Clifton Hill, where we went to a haunted house, the Niagara Skywheel, and the Speedway. Highly recommend looking at restaurants and attractions before visiting to make sure they are worth the price - some are not. Don't settle for $20+ parking - there are lots of lots offering $5 all-day parking and street parking is free in residential areas if you're willing to walk.

This was a great hotel, especially for the price! I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. I thought the bed was comfortable, I slept very well. It was walking distance to all the attractions by Niagara Falls (about 5-6 minute walk), while being far enough away that we weren’t bothered by the noise of the city when trying to sleep. I didn’t personally have any of the breakfast or coffee provided, so I can’t speak to that. I would stay here again!
