Thank you for your question. Leave your car at our hotel free of charge and take the ski bus shuttle to Mt. Norquay, Sunshine Village or Lake Louise. Your ski lift tickets include the ski bus shuttle from Banff - that offer the easiest way to get to the ski areas. There is a pick-up right in front of our hotel. To Mt. Norquay is about 15 minutes, Sunshine Village around 30 minutes and Lake Louise Ski Area around 45 minutes. Underground heated parking is complimentary on a first come, first serve basis. There is also free street parking adjacent to the hotel. Underground parking is unavailable in August 2020.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, self-serve buffets are no longer on the menu. We offer a new Boxed 'Grab & Go' Continental Breakfast or you can choose for a hot plated option in the breakfast room. Coffee, tea and bottled water are also available.

We will be taking a pre-authorization on your credit card at check-in, this is a hold for any incidentals, room charges and serves as a damage deposit. The hold is the amount for the room and tax if the room is not prepaid yet, and an additional CAD$50 p.n. If you don't have any additional charges at check out, the hold on credit cards automatically gets released from our end. Alternatively you can also pay a damage deposit in cash or debit.
