Location. Well attended by the staff. Quiet considering it is at the heart of the action. Off street parking was ample considering location.

We enjoyed stay in the hotel. The hotel is near bus stop (we ride by bus to Burnaby station only 20 min), and near hotel is gas station with mini store (working 24/7). room has two comfortable soft beds, warm control, coffee maker, few types of towels, 4 pillows each bed.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff member who checked is in was phenomenal, he was so welcoming and kind! The room had a small fridge and coffee maker. There were tea bags, but there was no kettle. The room was clean, but a bit outdated. There was more than enough parking. Its next to a busy road, but we did not hear anything. There is an outdoor pool which is closed for the season. Due to covid the rooms were not daily cleaned, but only on request. No breakfast served (as advertized). Its located near Capilano Suspension Bridge and Lynn Canyon Park.

  • I am booking for 4 persons but there wouldbe 3 nights out of 10 when we may be 5 guests otherwise on 6 night there would be only 3 guests , any issues? What are cancellation rules? Is breakfast included ?
    Dear Guest, The room with 2 beds can only accommodate 4 people max. Cancellation policy depends on the type of booking you make. Breakfast is not included, but we have on-site restaurant, De Dutch, that serves breakfast and lunch. Thank you.

  • Can we get a microwave in the room?
    You need to select a room that has a microwave, and that is any of our suites or deluxe rooms with 2 double beds. Otherwise, we have a shared microwave and a fridge available in the lobby.
