CanadaA very clean, comfortable accommodation that is so very affordable and centrally located beside the beautiful Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Thus accommodation also has parking, which is a bonus fir this part of old Quebec City! Our 2-day stay was made so wonderful having stayed at Hotel Chateau Bellevue, and the staff were all very amazingly helpful and friendly… of special note is Brenson, who was extremely kind and helpful during our check-out!

CanadaAmazing location for being a tourist in old Quebec. You really could not beat the convenience of the location. We were there Saturday-Weds and we knew we would unlikely find street parking (especially on the weekend), but it was $25 a day for valet with the hotel, and that was honestly well worth it. Also the bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in a long time.
United States of AmericaThe location was perfect: within easy walking distance of the Citadel, Differin Terrace, the funicular to the lower town, the sights in the upper town, and parliament. The valet parking was excellent; we could see our car behind the hotel from our window and it was brought to the front entrance with minutes. There was coffee and tea available gratis in the lobby at all times.
United States of AmericaThis hotel has the perfect location to the Old City of Quebec and all the restaurants/shops, friendly staff who spoke both French and English, complimentary juice and coffee bar, and parking service offered for only $25 a night (which was extremely helpful as parking in the city can be difficult).

United States of Americahotel faced a beautiful park. the staff tried very hard when faced with difficult issues. Air conditioner broke down in hotel over weekend when it was 88 degrees out. The staff purchased fans for lobby to keep cool and offered to move us to their sister hotel after dinner. we asked that they put a fan in the room to draw the cool air in (yes, it went from 88 degrees during the day to 60 degrees that night). we used the fan and drawing outside air in made it comfortable. they also subtracted some of our hotel rate from the bill.
