The hotel staff member who was at the door, older gentleman, tall, was so helpful, kind, and intuitive. He greeted us, gave us suggestions, offered to help with our luggage, gave us tips about parking, helped guide us as we backed up our vehicle B ecause a delivery truck boxed us in. He was so polite and welcome. Big thumbs up.

We got a room on the 18th floor! That was great! Woke up to the sun shining in our window! The bed was soft, maybe a little too soft for us but everyone's preference is different.

We loved our stay at the Chateau. Planned on spending more time but got caught up in the traffic due to a traffic accident ahead of us. But everything was excellent. It was great to be able to just taking an elevator to the beautiful revolving restaurant. I would definitely book here again and also highly recommend it.
