Large clean rooms. Good value, perfect location. Fine restaurant on site. There’s a bar with VLT’s and off track betting if you’re into that sort of thing.

CanadaI like this hotel. The facilities are older than some other places, but the service shines through brightly, and everything is as clean, comfortable and convenient as I could ask. The wifi is good, the location is very acceptable unless you want to be right downtown--and it's perfect if you're grabbing the bus to Peace River. Lots of restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. But the real selling point at the Continental is the staff, certainly at the desk but especially at the on-site restaurant. Bluntly, I was floored by the restaurant service--I don't recall better, more attentive or more polite service anywhere since I used to sometimes frequent the Timber Club years/decades ago at the Hotel Vancouver. The Continental Inn & Suites’ Restaurant & Dining Room meets that bar, and it's a high one. In short, the homestyle food is very good--the service is truly first-rate, I'd eat there again just for that.
