Legal Secondary Suite with separate furnace & thermostat to control your heating ✔ Cozy Newly built 2 bedroom Upgraded Lower suite in a brand new home with extremely comfortable queen size beds and Pillows ✔ Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, OTR microwave, full size Fridge and MORE.. ✔ Complimentary coffee, sugar, tea, salt and pepper. ✔ 50” LG Smart TV with Apple TV, Youtube, Roku with a variety of programs. I've lived in Calgary most of my life. I love the city. There's so much do and explore. My Family and I live above the suite, so you may hear my young kiddos, running around. The best part of hosting is giving guests a home away from home experience.
