We loved the location! The balcony and the mountain view !! The shower was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable!! My boyfriend used the jacuzzi tub and said it was really great !

TaiwanI want to give props for the reception staff for their professionalism. There were some very rude people during check in, there was a line, and there was even yelling and name calling, but they kept the order and did the check in process as smooth as possible. I felt tired just watching it. The location was also a great bonus for us, downtown was just a 10-minute walk away, and Canmore is such a more chill and charming town than Banff.
