We had a private room and bathroom. The facility was clean and a great location. Access to a full kitchen, dining room and and living room was very convenient. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We were a little unsure while booking but went ahead anyway. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the unit. It was very deceiving from the outside looking in. We were surprised to see a large kitchen and common room and happy to see laundry facilities as were travelling on motorcycles. Staff were happy and very helpful. The food was great as well. They have great neighbours as the Foodland across the street allowed us to park our bikes in their camera secured lot! We really appreciated it! Botwood is a bit of a Heiden gem, we checked out the seaplane base and many murals. We also met a couple of local motorcycle enthusiasts, they were great! All in all it was terrific!

Great price. Very clean room. Equipped with washer and dryer, table and shared kitchen. Very friendly staff! I arrived at 2am, I called the after-hour check in number and woke the host up. She didn’t complain, and was very friendly and helpful. The room is good, the bed is comfortable

Botwood is 100% the mural capital of Newfoundland & Labrador. Lovely place to walk around. Pendragon Trail —an ecosystem like no other, an adventure to behold. Clean space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals.

Set up a bit like a hostel. Common kitchen, living room but we had private room with private bathroom. Do need to be able to negotiate stairs to go up to the rooms. Grocery store across the street and restaurant downstairs. Murals within walking distance.

What a surprise! We weren’t sure about dorm-style lodging, but this was terrific and the price could not be beat. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The rooms were comfortable and we loved the common spaces. We were also able to do our laundry during the stay and that was amazing!

Everything about our stay here was incredible!! The place was quiet and comfortable rooms. There is shared bathroom, kitchen and living room area. Parking is available and monitored by security camera. Check out was simple as we were leaving at 5:30am In the same building is Donnini’s and The Railway Cafe - food is delicious! The staff are great and friendly. They are knowledgeable of local history and demonstrate pride in Botwood.
