Bedroom configuration is either: 1) One King & Two Double beds, double pull out sofa in living area 2) One King & One Queen bed, double pull out sofa in living area + single pull out sofa 3) Four Double beds, double pull out sofa in living area Options 1 & 2 offers doors to both bedrooms. Option number 3 is two floors, one of the bedrooms is on the upper floor and does have a door, the second bedroom is only the lower floor. The Superior Two Bedrooms Suites do not guarantee bedding type - when making your reservation, please let us know your preference and we will try the best we can to accommodate. Unfortunately we do not offer in-room massages. We recommend the Red Earth Spa located on 521 Banff Ave, or the Meadow Spa & Pool on 345 Banff Ave for massages treatments. Both are within walking distance of our hotel.

November 6, 2019, Fox Hotel & Suites: Thank you for your question. The Hot Pool was closed for necessary repairs after a leak from the hot pool had been discovered. This repair had to be undertaken for our guests safety, and to ensure that we are being good environmental stewards inside of our beautiful National Park. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused any of our guests. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to reach out to the hotel directly, and ask for the General Manager. The Hot Pool is reopening at the end of this week and is available to our guests year around, daily from 6.30am - 11.00pm.

The complimentary breakfast consists of a Boxed 'Grab & Go' Breakfast with yogurt, fruit salad, a granola bar, and juice box. Coffee, tea and bottled water are available. There are select hot items available at additional cost.

During the pandemic, for our staff & guests' safety, we currently do not offer daily housekeeping. The Front Desk is available 24 hours a day, should you require anything during your stay. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions.

Pets are welcome in select pet-friendly rooms at our hotel. There is a fee of $25 per pet per night, and reservations must be made in advance.

The hotel will allow 2 pets per room. Fee is $25 p.p.p.n. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or around the hotel pool areas. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.  Pets must be kept on a leash. Pet owners must clean up after their pet.
