The breakfast was excellent, homemade with local food and ingredients (even from the property). Also, there was a spectacular walk with a view of a river valley and the countryside available on the owner's property, which they made available and we enjoyed. The owners were also helpful with directions for a scenic drive, and restaurants. A very quiet, countryside location with excellent access to nearby parks and hiking.

Susan is a wonderful cook and her breakfast was very tasty! We enjoyed the atmosphere and discussing with Susan. We would definitely recommend the place!

Le gîte est situé à l'orée du village coquet de St-Urbain, aux environs de Baie St-Paul et de La Malbaie, sur la Route des montagnes. À quelques kilomètres vous trouverez le Parc des Grands Jardins, le Mont du Lac des Cygnes et le Parc national des Hautes-Gorges. Cette maison centenaire vous offre quatre chambres avec salle de bain privée, deux grandes salles communes et une foule d'autres commodités… il y a même un petit lac où saute la truite et où il vous est possible de prendre l'apéro, tout en savourant la beauté du paysage ainsi que la quiétude des lieux
La Bougie Verte vous offre quatre grandes chambres personnalisées et insonorisées avec salle de bain privé, dont deux avec balcon. J'ai le plaisir d'accueillir des gens du monde entier depuis 15 ans déjà!
Le village de Saint-Urbain possède une épicerie où vous pourrez trouver ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner sur place ou pour trouver des plats/sandwichs déjà préparés. Il y a aussi un casse-croûte en saison estivale à moins de 2 minutes et un restaurant à moins de 10 minutes du site.
