The hotels smells great and above all CLEAN! There was a sticker in the bathroom about the housekeeping. We thought it’s upon request. We were surprised when we came back on our first day that they did changed the towels and fixed our beds! We stayed here for 3 night to explore waterton, this city and neighbouring cities. The breaky is SUPERB! Lots of choices! Too bad my husband isn’t with us in this trip he would have loved this hotel. Kids love love love the whirlpool tub as well as the waterslide. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will for sure book again next year for for our visit to Waterton with hubby. Special thanks to my fellow filipino who is the receptionist when we arrived. Forgot to get her name but she’s super awesome! Keep it up!♥️

    Yes due to Alberta Stage 2 restrictions the pool was allowed to reopen yesterday to allow one household at a time. We can book a time for you at check in when arrive.
