Very clean and well equipped. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Covid procedures in full swing to help guests feel comfortable. The decor is simple, clean and inviting. The coffee shop on site is a huge bonus!
CanadaNew and clean room and washroom. Thermostat to control heat and a fan with newer windows to cool down the room. Nice cafeteria downstairs with reasonable prices. Nice view of mountains from window.
CanadaDespite the restrictions in place because of Covid, I still really enjoyed my stay. I would have appreciated a little more signage, like in the kitchen to say where to get cutlery from, but it didn’t take long to learn from others. Great location, great staff, wonderful experience for my first hostel stay!
CanadaVery clean, minimal in rooms, yet access to cafe in lobby
CanadaWe stayed one night. Everything was good and clean. The staff was very helpful and gave us good recommendation on what to do in the area. Access to kitchen area for cooking and storing fresh food. It’s very close to the railways but we barely heard any noise from the room when the windows were closed.
CanadaI like the location, the building, the coffeteria, the staff was very accommodating, kept the place clean, there was a lot of hand sanitizer. Dishes sanitized by the stuff.
CanadaIt is a new building with everything you need, and since it is new it is very clean too. The staff is very friendly and nice. They checked me in earlier since the room was ready. It is a good place to sleep for the night.

CanadaI like the whole place especially the cleanliness. The staff looks friendly. I like how the kitchen is set up and how they manage to keep it tidy.
