I like how they have sticker to show that they sanitized the room. Staff were accommodating. Room was clean

CanadaExtremely Friendly staff, Brendan concierge warm first impression , as I parked my car, then lovely front desk greeting by Daisy, whom went over and above to make me feel welcomed, thank you soo much!! I needed help turning off air conditioning in my room, the maintenance gentleman was lovely to. I was travelling by myself, so was extra grateful for feeling safe and instantly settled in. Everything about this property is great, I felt soo grateful for the safety precautions ie: masks in all public areas, the cleanliness and the fantastic warm clean outdoor pool, the gym area, the view of B.C. Place was epic!! Location, is ideal, morning coffee shops and wine stores all very close by, lots of good dining too, I’m already spreading the word, and looking forward to returning. Thank you, soo much for a fabulous mini getaway!!

CanadaDuring Covid everything is a bit uncertain. Not only did our stay great it exceeded all our expectations! We wanted to get away for our 8 year anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to do everything they could to make our stay a memorable one. The pool was incredible, the view from our room was breathtaking, and everything was extremely clean. Can’t say enough good things. We will definitely be coming back!!
