Good breakfast. Good selection of breakfast items.
the apartment was very comfortable. It was worth the money for us to stay here. My only suggestion to the renters of the property is that the bed needs to be upgraded. It was comfortable enough but for big people, like me, comfort is everything when I sleep. Other than that, It was great!!

The area didn't seem very safe.
The area didn't seem very safe. Everything seemed far but on further exploration, it isn't -- convenience-wise I would recommend Surrey if you're going to be in and around the area much. Safety-wise, I wouldn't say it's totally unsafe, I'd only recommend one to be careful initially, assess for your own self, and decide if staying out after sundown is a good idea or not.

Surrey is my hometown. I am a Canadian citizen. It just so happened I needed a place to stay at the time and I got robbed by these people who rented me the place for 45 days. 8925 151 street Surrey BC. They took the money the day I moved in and promised to refund the damage deposit as soon as I vacated the place ($1400 CDN ). But that never happened to this day(12th of July 2023)

White Rock is a must not busy suburban Surrey.
White Rock is a must not busy suburban Surrey.
Eat at Crescent beach or "Morrisons" in Ocean Park to escape the main beach crowds.
The soccer fields are amazing there.
Lovely art and gift shop in White Rock centre.

The thing is , that owner or manager, she doesn’t have manners. As we booked the hotel via booking .com but at she said there was no booking and the rate she told us was way to high . And she is not accepting intrac or cards only cash . And when we asked for refund she said no refunds and cut the phone

It was affordable for where I waned to go.
It was affordable for where I waned to go. Easy to get to Vancouver and other destination most times. Wonderful accommodation that I would like to book in the future instead of nearer to Vancouver where it is very expensive. If you didn't have a car it might not be so good, There was parking on the street and I never had a problem with that, Closer parking in the driveway for electric cars to charge. Must admit I didn't spend a lot of time in Surrey but I was able to find all the places I wanted. Chong Qing restaurant and Krispy Kreme doughnuts for example. Lots of other malls for shopping also. I was mostly visiting friends in the area.
Completely better than other motels or stays
It is a royal Palace and depends on your desire and budget you can book rooms with shared bath for two rooms or you can book spacious royal site with private bathroom and even spacious walk in closet to feel royal touch. We really loved our room and price was better than our expectation. Location is secured by camera and I suggest you park inside for 30 dollar . They accept cash as I know .
Hod bless you dearest team to make our stay unforgettable
we really enjoyed our stays
upon booking confirmation we were instructed by auto message we must contact the hotel and luckily we did otherwise our stays could be canceled.
we were informed our credit card did not go through due technical problems of booking website but we provided it over the phone and it worked well.
we booked a price ensuite in Top level with all private bath included
super amazing staff and clean.
We will return back
In one glance you will see difference of this hotel Palace to others.
It has few Ensuites but super beautiful not boring.
We paid them over the phone.
Price you see is basic and tax plus service fee will be added to your bills like other hotels.
So our rate comes to about 189
That day other hotel close by were ranged 199 above. So still Palace ranged lower.
Thanks lovely lady royal Empress
i was a little skeptical at first, seeing as I usually would either book hotels or Airbnb. But my boyfriend and I booked this and gave it a chance. The property was very beautiful, and the room we received was clean, good lighting and we even have our own bathroom!
My father wanted to be around the family in Surrey on the EID day, Hotel palace, and this booking we had to pay the extra table set up and we are happy about children who loved their room and location.
It has garden to play with pets too
After days of hotel buffet breakfasts, it was wonderful to be able to order "a la carte" and have it served fresh at our table. Heated floors are appreciated during cool weather - I always enjoy having 'toasty' feet.
This small hotel is well located if you are staying in Surrey. Its clean, basic and was quiet during both of our stays. We stay in the area to visit family and it is the most reasonably priced hotel we have found.
Happy to find protein at breakfast (sausage and eggs) since we try to avoid carbohydrates.
Staff was wonderful!
Closest hotel to Rosemary Heights Senior Village (30 min walk) where a family member resides.
Congratulations to our daughter for her new visa
We surprised her and booked her a hotel room at the palace of Empress
She said she felt as a royal member
Suite was majestic
Being part of Surrey community we never saw internet design like this
It had kitchen and living room and all amenities in front of room
