The area we were in seemed a lil run down I felt ... but really didn’t stay long enough to venture out and explore the city , we ordered in twice while we were there and it came with in 20 minutes so super fast service for restaurants close by, the cab service was amazing and quick order right off our phones pretty neat don’t usually take cabs. We were attending a concert.

My trip was a family gathering at our mother's retirement residence for a Thanksgiving buffet. At least I had one good meal that day! I did not spend any time other than at the residence so can't comment.

We visited the Ontario Regiment Museum, it was a great experience. The night before we had dinner at the road house near the hotel. Again we experienced good food and very friendly staff. In spite of the Blue Jays having lost to the Royals that night, everybody there was cheerful and in good spirit. We had a great time.

The rooms are old, the air/heat does not work well and we were up all night long listening to the heating kick on and off all night long. The patio door does not lock, instead a piece of wood holds it closed.gilbertCanada

The wifi signal/speed was quite good. The bath linens were nice; the bed linens acceptable. The A/C worked fine and kept the room at a nice temperature. The fridge was a bit bigger than I'd expected.
