*Our main floor one bedroom suite includes a living room with private entrance, total about 500 sf. Comes with full private bathroom. *Our basement two bedroom suite with private kitchen and bathroom; maximum for 7 people: Room A: include a king size bed with a new technical mattress – comfortable and health. Room B: a queen size bed and a single bed. Living room: included in a sofa-bed for an extra people; double sofa. Clear and bright kitchen with necessary utensils. All suites includes free high speed internet WiFi, HD TV and Telus Channel Box, microwave, toaster and coffee maker etc. Free parking on street or drive way if possible; (Please don't block our garage anytime.) our suites are a section of the house.
Reservation need to provide correct POST CODE and information on credit card. Late checkout fee is 15% of room price.
This house is near Bear Creek Plaza(About 2 mins), Surrey Arts Centre and Surrey Centre Mall. About 0.6km to Bear Creek Plaza, Surrey, BC Canada which include: Bear Creek Market, Laundry and Restaurants: Bear Creek Pub & Grill; King George Sweets & Restaurant; D-Plus Pizza and Subway.
