Charming apartment in the heart of the Plateau-Mont-Royal. Bedroom with queen bed, sofa bed, can accommodate 4 people. Located in the heart of one of the most effervescent neighborhoods. Close to absolutely everything! * 1 min walk from the famous La Banquise poutinerie * 2 min walk from La Fontaine park * Several restaurants in the neighborhood /close to the apartment * 5 min walk from Mont Royal metro/subway station * Bus stop 1 block from the apartment * Easy access to absolutely everything!

The Plateau-Mont-Royal is a traditional neighborhood with a relaxed style and very popular among visitors, with streets lined with charming terraced houses. Avenue du Mont-Royal and rue Saint-Denis have cafes and restaurants, lively bars, and contemporary galleries and theaters. Located nearby and offering a view from the mountain of the same name, Mont-Royal Park includes popular trails and a lake. The peaceful La Fontaine Park has ponds surrounded by lawns. Located a 5-minute walk from Mont Royal metro/ subway station and with bus stops within 1 block of the apartment. It's in the heart of the Plateau and allows access to all touristic points, universities and downtown Montreal.
