The number of occupants allowed in the apartment is limited to two (2) people per bed. The number of guests allowed in the apartment is equivalent to twice the number of authorized occupants in the apartment, as previously determined. (1 room unit: 2 guests + 2 visitors until 11 PM).
Illegal drugs and smoking are not permitted in the unit. We have security on-site and cameras in common areas to ensure compliance with these rules. Failure to comply with these rules could result in expulsion and also we may retain the security deposit.
Kindly note that at the end of the free cancellation period you will receive a secure payment link in order to authenticate and pay for your reservation.
Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in.
The $300 CAD security deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your check-in and released 48 hours after departure date, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the full amount to appear on your statement.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
