I was heading back home to Edmonton from Whistler with my 8 year old daughter and we needed one last night in the mountains. This hotel is nicely located on the main road just off the highway and not far from many options for food. There is also a restaurant on the property though we didn’t use it. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. We had a double suite with a separate sitting area and a second TV. The room was a fair size with that additional space and was very clean. There was also a nice looking stone fireplace though it was turned off. We didn’t need it and the A/C worked great and wasn’t too noisy. The separate sitting area had a small kitchen space (though no kitchenware) with a good sized refrigerator, a microwave, coffee supplies and a sink. Overall, for what we needed it was a good suite in a good location for a decent price compared to similar hotels in Canmore and Banff.

The hotel was well designed and although unassuming very lovely. The staff interaction was professional and friendly. The room was a great surprise and was very very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Close to a couple of restaurants to walk too

Very accessible. Pools and hot tub were open again, though it is limited to 5 people at a time and first come first serve basis. We had the king suite for a fair price, it was spacious and clean.

Hotel’s location was really easy to access and the Shell beside it is great. I didn’t need to worry about finding the closest one.

Comfy beds, great room size. Only thing, we were on the backside of the hotel, where trains went by every 2 hrs during the night. If you’re a sound sleeper, it won’t bother you.

When we decided to head to Canmore we just wanted a good priced decent hotel. We were surprised at the great rate offered so really wasn’t expecting the best place. We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was excellent. The room was large...the view was great and they seemed very cognizant of the health and cleaning measures required. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

We were expecting a pretty average hotel, but everything from the room size and layout to the cleanliness was several levels above that. The staff was lovely and even upgraded our room - this was an amazing deal. Also delicious breakfast/brunch served at the restaurant in the building.
