The house is nested along the edge of Grand River, surrounded by forest, hiking trails, golf course, it is like living at the rural side of the city. Connected to the nature but living at a luxury settings of a house. This newly built 5 bedroom house has a full kitchen, island, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, upper glass railing deck, BBQ, large peaceful yard. Sleeping at clean, comfy spacious bedroom with all white linens will leave you an unforgettable experience.
Hi fellow travelers! I'm a Canadian who lived at Kitchener for over 20 years, I love travel and outdoors. Whether it's hiking or canoeing in the summer, or hiking at the trail by Grand River in the winter, you can count me in! Most of my time spent traveling has been across Caribbean countries, Asia countries Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, China. In future travels I hope to branch to south America. Peru is on my list of places to go along with Brazil, Argentina, and many more! Feel free to message me at anytime if have any questions or need help.
Quiet riverside community, it is like living at rural but in the city, my house is located at the end of the small street with only one side of residential house, very quiet and surrounded by trees. 1 minute drive to 401 2 minutes walking to Conestoga college 1 minute drive to Doon Valley Golf Course 5 minutes drive to Whistler Bear Gold course 1 minute walk to Grand rive hiking trail 1 minute drive to Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Taco bell, gas station, auto lube shop. 5 minutes drive to Pioneer plaza- grocery store: Zehrs, LCBO, Shoppers Drug mart, TD bank, restaurants: The Rabbid Fox, Eggsmart, Barburrito, Dairy Queen 5 minutes drive to Pioneer Park community center with library onsite
