Location, room layout and size and definitely price for the area.
CanadaI stayed in a over priced, tiny, extremely warm (no air conditioning) in Banff, and the room stunk of aftershave or the previous guest either dropped a bottle or something that just over took the room. So decided I had one night left of the trip, I would get some cheapy hotel to save a buck and get out of the $250 room I was in. Canmore is perfect. This room was amazing!!!! I could have fitted the room I just checked out of in this room like 3 times. As soon as I walked in with the a/c going it was incredible. The room was huge. Lots of space to put my stuff on, 2 man jacuzzi. Double man shower, king size bed, fire place, beautiful furniture. I was so impressed. My only regret is that I didn’t book this room sooner. The price is fantastic, pet friendly. Nice fire pit outside, playground for the kids. I will always book my stay here now. So impressed, wasn’t expecting much for the price.....what a pleasant surprise. Staff was fantastic. Can’t say enough about this place

CanadaLiked parking right outside our room. Quiet at night. Convenient location. Easy to take dog for a walk. Staff extremely helpful. We had car trouble and had to call them twice to ask for delay and they accommodated us without argument.
CanadaWe like the scenery. The location of our hotel was good. Comfy King size bed. Double Shower which I loved. Very quiet place. One of the cheapest yet great place to stay. We’re happy and we will be back at this place again next year. Overall, i’d give a 4 star.

CanadaGreat value! Kids had a great time. Its nothing fancy but was clean and comfortable. Having a small kitchenette enabled us to save a lot of money from eating out. They had BBQ's and we made a delicious steak dinner. Pool isn't very big but the kids had fun! Would stay here again.
CanadaPerfectly situated. Had a nice little green space with playground, picnic spot and fire pit. Also walking paths nearby which made getting around with our dogs easy and hassle-free.
