We got upgraded to the executive penthouse and it was just the best. The view was stunning and the room was just perfect! The staff were super nice and welcoming.

We stayed in May and received a free upgrade to a suite. It was excellent. The nearby town has grocery stores and some shopping. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained overlooking a scenic harbour.

Derek was manning the desk when we arrived. He was ready for us and very kind in showing us around and pointing out the points of interest on the property. When he saw that we were seniors and that my husband was not very steady on foot, he changed our room to a higher cost handicap equipped room on the main ground level with no stairs at NO EXTRA COST! We were extremely grateful and it made our time there so much easier, especially for my husband. We are very grateful for Derek's assistance and kindness. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and magical in the lights at night. The air was so fresh and clean and the harbor was protected from the wind. A magical place! Thank you Derek!

Upon checking in we were upgraded to the penthouse suite since our original room supposedly had some issue so that was a wonderful surprise. The bed was very comfortable, and the fireplace in front of it made the suite nice and cozy. The view was also lovely, overlooking the harbour. We went during off season so didn't get a chance to use the deck (and bbq!) since it was raining our entire stay but it would be perfect for that morning coffee/evening drink in warmer weather! Overall really enjoyed our stay and almost wished we had booked a few extra days.

Staff were amazing and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Secluded location but not far from anything you'd need for an extended Weekend away. Restaurants, IGA, bakery etc We were in the executive cabin which gives you privacy, but only steps away from the office and bay. Had an absolutely wonderful relaxing few days thanks Zeb and the others for making our stay fantastic! You rock😁
