Very comfortable room with a great view of the snowy trees. Great location, been the only ski-in/out option in Banff. Good sauna and hot pool facilities.

CanadaThe view outside my room window matched the photo on the web site; a fabulous view of the forest. Chairlift & Gondola were great fun. The hiking area was incredible. Green meadows. Still had flowers (yarrow & fireweed) in bloom in September. Able to easily walk to 3 lakes with amazing views (with just a few uphill climbs). More beautiful than I expected. The staff were all very kind, helpful and friendly. Had the big, comfy bathrobes, which made using the large, outdoor hot tub easy to use.
United States of AmericaLocation was a huge issue. Need two shuttles to get to Banff which we knew but what we didn’t knowas the last shuttle was 5:20 from Banff to the ‘base’. IF you missed the shuttle then a taxi would cost you 100$!!! For a 12-13 minute ride. We had to pay for the taxi and it was a big ouch!
