Very nice, clean and modern. Excellent location and friendly hosts.
United KingdomFor some reason, the place was double booked during our trip. Rob tried to contact me but I did not pick up. He even tried to go to social media to look me up but to no avail. So, he personally waited outside the building to tell explain to us what was going on. Instead of just refunding me the place, he went an extra mile and booked us another place which was more expensive than his. On top of that, he could have just given us all of the information and let us be, but instead, he walked us to the other place! Even after we settled in the new place, he still gave us recommendation where to eat! Rob and Jen, not only your hospitality is outstanding, but the world needs more of people like you! I would tell all of my friends to stay at yours and looking forward to come back to Victoria because of people like you

New ZealandWe contacted the hosts about an early check in as we arrived ahead of schedule. They were very responsive and accommodating. The beds were were comfy and the coffee machine was a nice touch.
