This hotel is very new and everything is very fresh and modern. We had a corner room at the back of the hotel and there are lots of windows on two walls making the room very bright in the daytime. The curtains did a good job of cutting light at night while we slept. King bed is very comfortable. When we needed assistance with the room AC the front desk was up to our room immediately taking care of it - surprisingly fast and attentive.
CanadaVery clean and new. Room had plenty of natural light with 2 windows plus a sliding glass door for fresh air. The room aesthetic was sleek and elegant with laminate floor in place of the usual carpet. Comfortable bed.
CanadaThe box of Lindor chocolates waiting for us in our room! Room was comfortably sized although not large. King size bed was great. Flatscreen TV size was good, larger than a lot of more established chains provide. We liked that things like coffee pots and ironing boards could be requested but were not cluttering the room unless you needed them. We were on the side that faces the hillside which gave us nice privacy. The other side faces the street and the upper storeys would give a view of the city. Hot breakfast was flavourful and offered typical variety. Modern and comfortable little boutique hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in offered to make our dinner reservations at a nearby restaurant. Very nice!
