Good location and would receive a better review except for a few glitches. Had to call housekeeping for wash cloths and hand towels. Bathroom layout not ideal flooring was prone to slipping due to the type with an open shower. No major complaints!

The location of the hotel is amazing. Near most of the restaurants, and there is an amazing rooftop bar with a great view of the city.

My husband and I stayed at William Gray for 3 nights. it is in a perfect location in the old town area of Montreal. we were just steps away from nice restaurants, bars and shops. we loved the old world feel of the part of the hotel we stayed in which was from the 1800’s but modernly appointed. I have to say on the first morning I woke and told my husband that it was the quietest hotel room we have ever stayed in. I heard nothing at all the whole night.

Excellent location, hotel has great amenities and restaurants that are easily accessible to hotel guests. Great staff, I would love to stay there again.

I came here for our honeymoon! It is so close to everything! I can walk anywhere, and don’t have to pay for a taxi or Uber. Amazing service, all the stall are so friendly and nice, I love that they have valet parking. Their pool is amazing and you can pay for the day and have a really good time swimming and laying in the sun. You can also grab a snack at the pool area. The terrace restaurant is so fun and they have delicious food and fantastic service! You have to eat at Maggie oaks for brunch, my favourite was the eggs Benedict with ham! It’s so delicious that I would come back to Montreal JUST to eat that dish! Highly recommend this hotel

Trendy, well-designed spot with a buzzing scene. Great rooftop and nice common areas. Comfy bed.

Room is great, but the bathroom is exceptional. Amazing showers.

Didn’t eat at restaurant... The bed and room was extremely comfortable. Especially, nice soft fluffy pillows. Didn’t even use mine I brought from home! Doorman, Jesse was extremely personable and courteous... Jonathan who brought bags to our room when we arrived was also pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit

Wow, where to start. This hotel is amazing. The lobby, the bar, the restaurant, the spa, the rooms ALL 10/10. Our room wasn't ready when we checked-in and they continued to apologize and offer us free stuff on the next stay after we left! Delay me anytime! The cherry on top, because i've LITERALLY never had a hotel do this. Our car was HEATED inside and out when we got it back from the valet. E-NUFF-SAID.

Every single engagement with the staff was warm and welcoming. They work together to give you a sense that they are here to help the best they can and it does make that special difference. The location and building itself is incredible and you are above one of the best coffee shops in the city.
