A photo ID will be requested for each guest staying in the room.
A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation, and payment is due upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel will pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival. In case of invalid credit card, the reservation may be cancelled. Guests must be 18 years or older to stay at the property, unless an adult 18 years or older is staying the room with them.

Please note that for Grand Prix reservations (June 8-10 2017) and Osheaga reservations (August 3-6 2017), there is a 2-night minimum restriction. Guests can cancel up to 30 days before arrival, if cancelling later both nights will be charged. For these dates, the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the guest's credit card 1 month prior to arrival. A pre-authorization form will be sent to guests to collect payment.
