The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size with everything one could need. I really liked having a fridge in the room and they provided a fan to keep the room cool. It was also a great location as the tram was a 30 second walk away. The public transportation was free with the Basel card that was given at the hotel and it took about 6 mins to get into the center and 8 to get to the main train station.

The property was very centrally located, only a few steps away from the public transportation system. The receptionist and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. When I arrived they took the time to show me some of the main attractions and how to reach them with public transportation. truly the great staff made the stay from an 8 to a 10!The breakfast was very fresh with a lot of variety. It was well stocked and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked a stay at the same day due to some problems in another hotel. The staff was taking care of me from the very first minute of a stay. The service was beyond expectations. The room was clean and looked exactly the same like in the picture. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was also full of amenities like: kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, cosmetics. There was no problem with leaving baggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out. The staff was always there to help you. The location of the hotel is very comfortable, close to many tram stations and within walking distance from the city centre.
