Switzerlandincredible location, the best spot to discover all of Neuchatel and beyond. close to all transports such as tram line, buses, etc. wonderfully decorated rooms, calming brown undertones, aesthetically pleasing hallways and grand reception. the nicest part of the hotel is the bar/restaurant and the terrace. nice little personal touches such as sparkles in the matches of the hotel.

United KingdomGrand hotel of the lovingly designed type you can only find in Switzerland. Yes you could complain about a bit of deferred maintenance here and there but it’s part of the charms. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, great food in the restaurants. Very convenient parking both valet and a directly adjacent public parking garage are available. Excellent staff.
