Lovely hotel in a nice neighborhood with very exceptionally friendly staff. They offered recommendations for things to do in Zürich and held our luggage twice while we explored the city. Rooms were well-equipped, and we had a great view of the skyline. It’s so easy to access the tram — literally at the hotel — and a short walk to local groceries, bakery and to the riverfront.

the location is perfect because of it’s accessibility to the tram and proximity to the places I need to go during my trip. It has a two restaurants by the lobby, a nearby variety store and a thai massage parlour if you needed one. Chris, the gentleman from the reception is very polite and welcoming.

The hotel is amazing, everything was very clean, the breakfast was vary reach in variety. The hotel is very close to the city center, I was basically walking everywhere all the time, but there is a tram station right next to the hotel, so it's easy to go further. Will gladly come back here during my next stays in Zurich.

The private terrace and two huge windows with a view at the top floor. Rooms are clean with all necessary facilities, although small (single room). The location is amazing! 15 min leisure stroll to the Hauptbahnhof, 7 min to ETH Zurich, tram stops right at the hotel door.
